1. AP PGECET-2015 Admit Card.

3. SSC or its Equivalent exam certificate.
4. Degree Certificate & Memorandum of marks
5. Study/Bonafide Certificate from I to X Class.
6. Transfer Certificate.
7. Caste Certificate of SC/ST/BC/Minorities (if applicable).
8. Income Certificate issued by MRO for fee reimbursement candidates.
9. PH/NCC/CAP/Sports and Games Certificates (if applicable).
10. Passport, Voter ID, Driving licence, Bank pass book with photo attested by the bank manager and one photo.
